2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
5 c. cooked and diced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/4 tsp. dill weed (optional)

In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onion, pimento and mix together. Add potatoes, celery, eggs and dillweed and mix together. For best results serve after chilling overnight.
