CHEESE SAVOURIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 lb. very sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper or paprika
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and cheese. Sift flour, salt and red pepper or paprika together. Stir flour mixture into butter/cheese mixture. Add Rice Krispies and mix well.

Make small balls and flatten until very thin on well-greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Place in tin with a tight-fitting cover to keep several days. Also may be made in advance and frozen.
