BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Arrange chops in a single layer in baking dish. In a small bowl, combine oil, catsup, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Using a wire whisk or fork, spread half the seasoning mixture over chops. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn chops and spread with remainder of seasoning mixture. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes more.
