SPICY PORK CHOPS L'ORANGE 
6 thick (1 inch) pork chops, trim fat
1 can frozen orange juice - 2/3 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 to 3 med. onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. each marjoram, salt, monosodium glutamate or to taste

Brown chops and arrange in tightly covered baking dish. Combine juice and water, pour over chops. Put 1 onion slice on each chop. Mix drys and sprinkle over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
