2 lb. ground ham 1 lb. ground fresh pork sausage 3 c. soft fine bread crumbs 2 well beaten eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard Combine and make into balls. Place in 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons prepared mustard. Put a small amount on top of each ball. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Arrange ham balls around a large serving tray. Serve them with cherry pie mix - heated - poured in the center of the serving tray. |
