ITALIAN MEATBALL NIBBLES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. commercial seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh or dried mint
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and place in lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Roll each meatball in Parmesan cheese. Serve warm. 2 1/2 dozen.
