GLAZED MEAT LOAF 
2 c. rolled oats, quick or regular
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. onion, chopped
3 eggs
2 c. milk or tomato juice
5 lb. ground beef

GLAZE:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. prepared mustard

In mixing bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Add ground beef mix well with hands. Shape into loaves of desired size and place in baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine glaze and spread over loaves. Bake about 1 hour more. Yield: 20 servings.
