ITALIAN CHEESE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. onion (or 1 tbsp. minced onion)
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put 1/3 meat into meat loaf pan, a layer of cheese, repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 5.
