JUICY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained

Combine the ground beef, salt, onion, egg, oats, and 1/2 cup milk in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Melt the butter in a saucepan and blend in flour. Add remaining milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add tomato sauce, catsup and mushrooms. Pour over meatloaf. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes longer.
