STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1/4 c. hot milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Bake potatoes. Cut a cross inside of each potato. Turn back corners and scoop out insides without breaking skin. Combine with other ingredients. Mash or beat until light. Fill each potato with mixture. Dot with butter. Brown in oven. Grated cheese may be sprinkled on potato before browned. Chopped onions and cooked ham may be added to stuffing (if desired).
