STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
5 medium baked potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 package of 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
3/4 c. sour cream
1 envelope Ranch dressing
1 tbsp. minced garlic

Topping:

1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Remaining cheese

Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the inside. In mixing bowl mix potatoes with 1 c. cheese and remaining ingredients. Then stuff back in potato shell and bake on 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese, green onion, and bacon on top. Serve while hot.
