BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5/6 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. blueberries

Cream the shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk and mix well. Add vanilla and berries. Sprinkle sugar on top of cupcakes.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
