TERRIAKE 
1 to 2 lbs. chuck steak/round steak
2 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 piece/tsp. ginger

Cut beef into strips and place in a bowl. Bring soy sauce, sugar, and ginger to a boil. Pour ingredients into bowl, over meat and let stand in refrigerator overnight (2 hours is enough time but for best results, marinate overnight). Fry strips of meat in a frying pan on medium high heat until done. (The strips are excellent on the grill.)
