CHIPOTLE SALSA | |
2 t. canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 14 oz. canned diced tomatoes 1/3 c. chopped green onion lime juice, cilantro and olive oil to taste 1. Chop chipotle peppers in a food processor until they form a paste. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients, adjusting seasonings to taste. 3. Chill, and serve with your favorite Mexican food.
