4 tbsp. sugar
10 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. mirin
8 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mix ingredients in a shaker jar until dissolved. Great as a marinade on any type of meat, fish, or poultry, or a seasoning in hamburger or meatloaf.
