SHRIMP BOAT 
1 loaf French bread, 18 inches long
Soft butter
Lettuce
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 c. coarsely chopped cucumber
2 c. shrimp
3/4 c. stuffed olives
Black olives

Cut bread in half the long way. Butter both halves and put lettuce on. Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, dill seed, salt, and cucumber. Chop 1/2 of the shrimp and mix in with the cheese mixture. Chop most of the olives and add to the mixture. Spread on top of the lettuce. Garnish with the rest of the shrimp and olives. Slice.
