BABY CARROTS 
32 oz. of baby carrots, raw (fresh or frozen)
8 oz. of apple juice
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. salt

Cook carrots in 1 quart saucepan, with the apple juice and honey. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until carrots are soft.

Serves 6.
