1 (16 oz.) bag Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
2 sm. pkgs. French vanilla pudding, instant
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies. Set aside. STEP 1: Beat 1/4 cup butter, 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, 1 cup 10x sugar. Set aside. Beat pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Mix together with Step 1. Pat some crushed cookies in bottom of dish then add some pudding mixture. Continue layering cookies and mixture, ending with cookies on top.
