HEARTY GERMAN CASSEROLE 
3 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
2 med. size apples, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of onion soup
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. caraway seeds
4 fresh pork chops
1 lg. precooked Polish sausage

In large glass casserole, combine cabbage, apples, soup, sugar and caraway seeds. Brown chops and sausage. Arrange chops and sausage over top. Cover tightly. Cook in oven or top of stove until cabbage is tender.
