PUDDING PIE CAKE | |
STEP 1: 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. pecans 1 c. flour STEP 2: 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 pkg. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar STEP 3: 1 pkg. chocolate pudding STEP 4: 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip STEP 1: Mix the first 3 ingredients together and spread in bottom of pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool. STEP 2: Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and sugar and spread on top of the bottom layer. STEP 3: Prepare pudding as directed on box. Put over second layer. STEP 4: Spread 8 oz. Cool Whip on the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or cherries, if desired. |
