SPICED PEACH SALAD 
1 lg. can peaches
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello
3 sticks cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves
1/3 c. sugar (or less)
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

Drain peaches, reserve liquid and add enough water to make 1 3/4 cups. Put in saucepan with cinnamon, cloves, sugar and vinegar. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over Jello through sieve to remove spices. Chill until slightly jelled, add fruit and chill until firm.
