SAUSAGE & POTATOES 
1 lg. link or 2 pkgs. (Italian) sausage, sliced
6 to 8 med. potatoes, quartered
16 oz. mushrooms, sliced
16 oz. green beans
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic salt
Oregano

Arrange all ingredients in roasting pan or 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper. Add 1/4 inch water. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 40 minutes, until sausage is done and potatoes are tender. Serve in deep dish or bowls, with garlic bread or any bread -- for sopping up this delicious broth and a nice tossed salad. Serves 4 to 6.
