SMACK - ARONI & CHEESE 
8 oz. macaroni (prepare & drain)
1 c. cubed longhorn or other tangy cheese
1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper & Accent

WHITE SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Buttered crumbs

Cube the longhorn and Swiss cheeses in 1/2 inch cubes. In greased casserole, arrange a layer of macaroni and then a layer of the 3 cheeses. Alternate these layers until ingredients are gone. (End with a layer of cheese on top), season each cheese layer with salt, pepper and Accent to your family's taste.

Make white sauce and pour over the casserole and top with a thick layer of buttered crumbs and a sprinkling of Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and brown. Serves about 6.
