BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 lbs. raw macaroni (cooked, drained)
1 lb. processed American cheese
2 1/4 qts. thin white sauce
5 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 to 1 1/4 c. fine buttered bread crumbs

Spread macaroni in 12x12 inch baking pan. Add cheese (grated, shredded or cubes) to hot sauce and place over hot water until cheese melts. Whip smooth.

Stir seasonings together and add 1 teaspoon to crumbs. Add the rest to sauce. Pour sauce over macaroni and sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Yields: 50 (2 1/2 ounce) servings.
