SWEDISH PANCAKES 
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix milk with dry ingredients. Add butter. Beat. Bake on hot buttered griddle. Mixture will be very thin, but will be easy to turn over after cooking on 1 side. Serve with hot fruit, fruit sauce or syrup; like a crepe. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
