COCONUT POUND CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. coconut

Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Then let cool for a while. Cook in tube pan.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Bring to a hard boil. Let boil for 2 minutes. Then pour over top of cake.
