STIR FRY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 boneless chicken breast
1 bag frozen San Francisco blend vegetables
soy sauce
seasoned salt
1 tsp. oil
rice

Prepare rice according to package instructions. Wash chicken breast and cut into 1 inch cubes. Heat oil in skillet or wok. Add chicken and soy sauce. Cook until almost done. Add vegetables, seasoned salt and cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp tender. Serve over rice. Grits or noodles could be used in place of the rice.
