QUICHE 
8 inch pie shell
6 pieces fried bacon
3 lg. eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Touch of pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion

Bake pie shell 5 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Add crumbled bacon, onions, peppers and cheese. In shaker, put eggs, cream and butter, salt and pepper. Shake. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Shut off oven; leave door open for 5 minutes. Serve.
