STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
Chopped onion to taste
4 tbsp. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. parsley
3/4 lb. hamburg
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper

Wash and clean peppers. Take a thin slice off top and save to cut in with hamburg. Parboil peppers for ten minutes. Mix hamburg, onion, pepper slice cut in pieces, egg, oatmeal and spices. Stuff into peppers and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until hamburg is done.
