POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion
6 med. potatoes
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
Potato chip crumbs

Slice onion and saute lightly in butter. Peel and slice potatoes. Grease a 2 quart baking dish and layer potatoes, onions, cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Make 3-4 layers. Pour milk over all and top with crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, covered. Remove cover for last 15 minutes. 6 servings.
