CHOCOMOCHA MALLOW CHEESECAKE 
1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. strong coffee
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 c. thawed Cool Whip

Mix crumbs with butter. Press in bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Put chocolate in coffee. Heat in microwave until chocolate is melted. Mix frequently. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Beat in marshmallow cream and coffee mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon over crust. Chill until firm. 10 to 12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
