QUICK CANDIED YAMS 
1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes (cut up in wedges)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Boil potatoes until tender. Combine sugar, juice off of the potatoes, butter, lemon juice and bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes in a casserole dish and sprinkle nuts over the top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
