CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP WITH
CHICKEN
 
2 cups cubed chicken
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of salt and pepper

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

freshly prepared rice
warm biscuits (homemade or Pillsbury Grands)
mashed potatoes

First mix the cubed chicken and cream of mushroom soup in a medium size saucepan. On medium heat add milk and water. Stir frequently because you don't want to scorch the milk.

Add in garlic salt and pepper to taste. Cook till the chicken is cooked all the way.

Can serve over rice, with biscuits and with mashed potatoes!
