CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
12-15 pieces of chicken
1 c. sherry
2 (16 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. coarsely chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped peppers
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown chicken in skillet. In separate pan, combine onions, celery, peppers and saute in olive oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Place chicken in roaster pan. Pour mixture over the chicken and cook for 1 1/2 hours (or until tender) at 325 degrees. Serve with spaghetti. M-m-m M-m-m good!!
