QUICK CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
Whole fryer, cut up
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 carrots, sliced
1 med. onion, whole or cut up
1 stalk of celery, cut in half
Garlic salt
Pepper
Oregano

Place cut up chicken in medium pot. Add all other ingredients, spices and seasonings to taste. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat until chicken is done. I remove celery before serving. Serve over rice or pasta.
