CHILI CASSEROLE 
2 sm. cans green Ortega chilies, cut up
1 lb. grated Tillamook cheese
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix

Beat together eggs and milk, add Bisquick mix. Pour over chilies and cheese that have been mixed in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Great as a side dish or a vegetarian main dish.
