MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
1 avocado
Black olives
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
4 oz. grated cheese
8 oz. Italian dressing
1 med. bag tortilla chips
1 lb. ground beef

Chop: onion, tomatoes, lettuce. Toss with: cheese and dressing. Crunch: tortilla chips and add. Slice: avocados and olives - add. Brown: ground beef, drain beans and mix.
