MEXICAN DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 can Hormel chili (with or without beans)
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cans chopped chilies
6 scallions

Spread cream cheese in 13x9 baking dish. Spread chili over cheese, add shredded cheese, chilies and chopped scallions. Bake 350 degrees 20-30 minutes. Serve with nacho's.
