HAWAIIAN BREAD | |
1 (#2) can, 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple & juice 1 (10 oz.) pkg. coconut 4 eggs, beaten 4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda Mix pineapple and coconut, add eggs and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and mix. Dough will be stiff. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in greased pan. Makes 3 small loaves. |
