HAWAIIAN BREAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (10 oz.) pkg. coconut 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. maraschino cherries Combine pineapple, coconut, eggs and sugar; add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix. Pour into greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until done at 325 degrees. |
