PETITE CHEESE CAKES 
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling or the fruit filling of your choice

You also need 24 cupcake liners.

Place a wafer in bottom of cupcake liners and put in muffin pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until fluffy. Fill cupcake liner 2/3 full.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Place cherry filling on top of each when serving.
