CHEESECAKE CUPS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Nabisco Nilla wafers
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Foil baking cups, midget size

Mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon juice and vanilla with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until smooth. Arrange 42 foil cups on a cookie sheet. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. Pour in the cheese mixture (about 3/4 high). There will be exactly 42 cups if you do it evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and put a couple of cherries and thickened syrup on top of each cup. If you freeze the cups, do not put cherries on top until ready to serve. These cups make a festive addition to your holiday cooking. They are also popular at parties.
