APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, cut up or 6 breasts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. apricot preserves or "all fruit"

Put chicken in casserole; add pepper to taste. Add other ingredients in order of list. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (Bake covered.) Serve with rice.
