APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in parts

Combine first four ingredients and spoon over chicken in large baking pan. Bake in 325 degree oven about an hour or until chicken is tender.
