MICROWAVE CHINESE COOKIES 
1 can Chinese fried noodles
1 jar of unsalted peanuts
1 bag of butterscotch chips
1 bag of chocolate chips

Melt the chips SLOWLY on a low temperature in the microwave. Stir in an coat well, the Chinese noodles and peanuts into the chip mixture. Spoon onto wax paper and let cool. Refrigerate. This recipe is very quick and very good.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
