2 sticks butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt and mix together peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips. Pour over Rice Chex and stir to cover. Put coated Rice Chex in brown paper bag and add powdered sugar. Shake well. May have to add more powdered sugar, so Chex look covered.
