GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. can green chilies
Chopped onions
Corn tortillas

Cook hamburger until brown. Drain. Add chicken soup, green chilies and milk. Cook on low heat until warm. In a casserole dish, place a layer of corn tortillas and then a layer of hamburger meat. Repeat the layer of corn tortillas and meat. Pour soup mixture over the top. Grate cheese and onions on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
