CHILI-BEAN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. seasoning mix
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (12) flour tortillas
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
Salt to taste
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Brown the hamburger with onion. Add chili seasoning mix, tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, pepper and salt. Heat through.

Pass each tortilla quickly through warm water. In greased 9x13 pan, layer (4) tortillas, 1/3 bean mixture, then 1/3 cheese. Repeat with next 4 tortillas, etc. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve topped with lettuce and sour cream.
