GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can shoe peg white kernel corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. finely chopped onions

Mix all together. Put in casserole dish. Melt 1 stick butter and add 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers; mix well with butter and top.
