1 (3 oz.) cook 'n serve chocolate pudding, do not use instant
1 box chocolate cake mix, dry
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Cook pudding. While still hot, stir in dry chocolate cake mix. Put in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle nuts and chips on top. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes.
